This is the Life

The detail and colour is magnificent. I appreciate the use of softer colours to give the photograph a warmer feel. The warmer feel adds a lot of information about the setting such as it being a warm, sunny day which can stir up emotions in the viewer. I became happy looking at the cute facial expression and bright colours of the fox. To be able to create a happy emotion in the heart of your audience is a huge feat. The depth of field is perfect and your focal point is clear. The foreground and background are blurred to keep the viewer's eyes centred onto the fox. My suggestion is to somehow get ride of the darkish brown blur in the foreground in the bottom left. That blur seems out of place and becomes a distraction from your focal point.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the fox looks a little over-saturated mainly be the ears. That could be the natural colour of the fox, but it looks more yellow than the rest of the fox's body.

I find it humorous that the fox has his/her eyes closed. At first I thought it may of been because of the sunlight, but I'm assuming the fox blinded because of your camera flash. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/g/g…" width="17" height="15" alt="" title="Giggle"/>

Overall I love this photograph. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/h/h…" width="15" height="13" alt="" title="Heart"/> Great job on impacting the viewer and having a fantastic vision.
